Hide User Accounts From Users

Go to Start/Run, and type: gpedit.msc

Open the path

User Config > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Doubleclick "Hide specified Control Panel applets"
Now SElect 'enabled', then click 'Show" Click Add button, Type "nusrmgt.cpl" into the add box.

Speed Up Your Windows XP By Disabling File Indexing

File indexing is a Windows service that like many others, which is totally useless - unless you do a lot of searching on your computer. As most users don’t, it’s a good idea to disable it to speed up actions like opening and closing files and folders on your Windows XP. To disable the Indexing Service: Go to “My Computer” and right click on your hard drive. At the bottom of the window that opens, you should see a check box titled “Allow Indexing Service to index the disk for fast file searching. Just unmark it. Now Click Ok and Apply.

Remove Folder Option From Your Menu

Go to Start> Run, and type: gpedit.msc Open The Path User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Explorer. Now Double Click On “Remove The Folder Option Menu Item From The Tools Menu. Next time here comes a window, Select enable and apply then OK. Its Done.
