Lock your desktop

To avoid having too many icons cluttering up the desktop, there's a way to keep them "stuck" to the desktop.
Go to Run menu and typr RegEdit and press enter.
Now go into HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer and right-click New/DWORD Value in the right-hand window, name it NoSaveSettings.

Double-click on it and assign it a value of 1

Remove Folder Option From Your Menu

Go to Start> Run, and type: gpedit.msc Open The Path User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Explorer. Now Double Click On “Remove The Folder Option Menu Item From The Tools Menu. Next time here comes a window, Select enable and apply then OK. Its Done.
